Oh thank you Crispy . It is all exterior if I do.. if I listed the cock ups I have made in the last week I would come across like a bumbling, slightly startled moron. Everything from watching a helicopter and nearly walking in front of a (fortunately slow moving) car to paying my rent into my credit card account.

424 words down, so not too bad. Have managed to get mini looked after tomorrow, so i can get a full day in. I usually have to resort to putting her into nursery on these occastions, but family friend (those who put the shelves up) offered. I will have to get up early though to take her through on the train (15 min ride) and am a bit nervous, more about coming back on my own than going with her, as she just entertains everybody buy singing really loudly and insisting she clips the tickets

Lizzy, DS's eyes seem better today, I think the ointment is double the strength of the drops and it does stick in the eye so is finally doing something! If he wakes up tomorrow without gunge he will go to nursery and I can go to work.

DH has to leave early in the morning for a meeting in coventry and won't be back till Thursday night.

Trills, I think you are right. My next goal is 16st 4 (which will be another 1/2 stone off). Will have to think of a suitable non-food reward.
