Not me- I am still trying to get there, and have a permanent cold, but hey, let's not split hairs: there are other regulars who are a positive inspiration! So jump in and find us again, or join us anew, and follow whatever approach suits you.

The inside of the mini is really nice, isn't it? I've never seen inside one. I don't think I know anyone with a mini. Much better choice than a fiesta - I drove one when my car went in the garage, it was awful! Mind you, that may be because it was so different to mine

The picture doesnt do it justice, the white is soooo gorgeous, i fell in love with the colour when i went to see the other one that had been sold, told the salesman i was gutted and wanted another white one, and voila, he came up trumps for me

Not sure when i will pick it up Beth, he is sorting the finance tomorrow, then they will service and valet it before i get it, so hopefully i will have it next weekend

Trills the salesman was a lovely young man, just a tad far too young for me, saying that the guy at the Ford garage nearly fell of his chair when i bought ds1 to look at the fiesta last night, he was like no way is he your son! so maybe the mini salesman thought i was younger

Am cooking a chicken and roasties for those that can eat them. I will have chicken a baked sweet potatoe, carrots, cabbage and a yogurt NOT the pissing very lovely treacle pudding I am making them!! Hmmmph!

Hello everyone! I think you have filled up several threads which I have totally missed, I officially can't keep up.

I am trying to read through and see what everyone is doing, but it gets confusing...I can't remember who did what and what has happened.

All I really know is that Vinny wants a car following some spectacular mechanastiness probably a few threads back.

Anyway. I have been trying to stick to it, especially the exercise, and have lost 4 pounds so far.
Not been good this weekend though, pizza yesterday and roast with wine today, but have still done an hour on the bike each day so I guess better than it was.

My Dad always used to have white cars - he drives a lot, and reckoned that if you are on the motorway in fairly congested traffic, cars tend to pull over thinking you are police.

Lovely day today - went to the farm in the morning and the park in the afternoon. Also made fairy cakes and I didn't eat any. Oh, and we did painting. Now I am knackered.
