I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

hello all - I had an all day meeting so had to ban myself from logging in (wouldn't look very professional!)

It was in a rather poncy members club and I completely broke my healthy eating with lots of very delicious food - but I too have had my total email so looking forward to getting back on track with my TOTAL totally delicious yog

During the meeting I did actually use the example of the rather clever PR department from Total - it's viral marketing at it's best and I'm very impressed with the way they've done it.

Shiney - t/m should be really good. People are usually nice to the new girl....it's like being back at school with fresh pencils and a new pencil case and the chance to get it all right (what am I blathering on about?? I don't know)

I am not really into Quorn - someone else can quite happily have my place .

Shiney is doing Wed, Thur & Fri till the new Year . I think these are the days that the Tedster goes to nursery so will be the least disruption.
