People of the world, join hands, join our TOTALly fabulous healthy eating thread.

We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

OP posts:

Yoghurt talk over here please

So we can show the bods at TOTAL without them having to wade through our chatter.

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 19:06

What on earth am I going to do with that much yoghurt?

Julie did say to pass some on to friends.

Iggipepperedfillet · 10/11/2009 19:07

I am already a fillet.

jetforkesandbonfires · 10/11/2009 19:09

wow shiney, thats a lot of yogurt. There is only me who eats it in this house - is it freezable?

copperjar · 10/11/2009 19:10

I don't think you'd know me in my normal name, Shiney, I mainly post in ttc and lurk active convos. I did namechange today to avoid anyone searching my posts in case my thread turned nasty- but it went quite well, I thought. That was pretty extraverted for me

I know you though- who doesn't? And lots of the names on this thread and my one today.

Iggipepperedfillet · 10/11/2009 19:12

DP and I have arrangement (after yet another night spent in different rooms, on different computers) to only have half an hour on pcs tonight. How on earth will I cope?? worrying thinking he might be expecting some, ahem, bedroom action (one way to use yogurt I suppose!)

Iggipepperedfillet · 10/11/2009 19:14

LOL at 17 pots of yoghurt . Did the delivery driver look like at you?

I also am willing to be converted to Quorn fillets, just not any with goats cheese

Curry tonight as DH away. The girls will have some tomorrow with TOTAL yoghurt added to calm the spices down a bit [shameless plug No727]

Welcome copperjar, have you just turned up for the freebies?

SazZaVoom · 10/11/2009 19:23

Me, me, me

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 19:26

Oooh, some of my littlewoods/etc stuff has turned up, a belt and a cardie. Very nice, both of them. I'm not using them or throwing away the packaging until the whole lot are delivered and paid for though.

wastingaway · 10/11/2009 19:33

Ooh, Shiney, I've never tried Quorn, but am open to conversion.

jaquelinehyde · 10/11/2009 19:33

Oooohhhh me please Shiney, missed the Total freebie testing thing.

You never know the Quorn fillet diet may kick start my weight loss again. Now won't that be a story for them, woman loses 10 stone and possibly saves her life thanks to Quorn.

Come on no yogurt, no use of the discount codes, surely I must qualify for Quorn if they offer anything.

Iggipepperedfillet · 10/11/2009 19:35
jaquelinehyde · 10/11/2009 19:36

Oh and where are my manners...

Hello all new people, welcome, dive in, bring chocolate or other food stuff that allows us to wallow in food porn.

SazZaVoom · 10/11/2009 19:36

BIWI - i have become a fan. I feel like an extra in a film crowd scene

SazZaVoom · 10/11/2009 19:38

Crikey Iggi, that's some pepper on your fillet

Jaq - you could sell your story to Take a Break for a fiver few thousand

jaquelinehyde · 10/11/2009 19:41

The Shiney Quorn Fillet diet plan saved my life! Then I slept with my Brother In Laws Dog and Didn't Know I was Pregnant Until I gave Birth To My Lovely Cross Breed Litter.

That is the kind of headline Take a Break like isn't it?

Lizzylou · 10/11/2009 19:41

Shiney, I'd be up for some Quorn Swedish meatballs, or bangers, or mince, have never tried the fillets......
If there is still room, that is.

Am v excited that there are the Total pots with honey on the side in the delivery, DH bought one for me yesterday it was bloody gorgeous, and only 2% fat, lovely.

Knackered here, off to catch up on some work......

jetforkesandbonfires · 10/11/2009 19:41

when i reach my goal i am going to sell my story and 'out' you all

jetforkesandbonfires · 10/11/2009 19:44

ooh, and i nearly forgot (as if) Junior is being filmed for CIN on Friday Not just a 'one of the crowd' sequence (i dont think anyway) but her club that she goes to is having the BBC visiting to film - i have had to sign loads of offical looking forms, saying she hasnt appeared on anything else lately and not earned any money

Does that mean she is member of equity now

VinegarTits · 10/11/2009 19:54

Shiney you forgot to mention the lovely Bella on that list

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 19:58

I will even feed Quorn to DP at least once, and he is against veggie food after a lentil-weavery childhood.
