We are a group of MNetters who wish we lost a pound for every post we have made on this thread since our benevolent leader started her SHINEY threads many, many months ago now.

I am Syc, and I was once deputy although life has slightly got in the way in the last month or so. But, inspired by our recent TOTAL yoghurt bonanza, I'm back and on the wagon.

Join us, we are a friendly bunch but like to waste as many calories as possible through moving our digits very swiftly over the keyboards and posting like women possessed

All denominations here, so whatever way you want to lose weight, maintain or just focus on healthier eating, you will fit right in.

I have rung the dentist back, and now I'm waiting for the return call.

I can't be expected to deal with this for another week, I got no sleep last night (I too am dead to the world when sleeping).

I was offered either root canal or extraction at next weeks appointment, but just have to wait for that appointment. I'm taking paracetamol, ibuprofen and codeine at the moment and it isn't helping. I'm probably ODing

Jac, is there no way that they can see you earlier? Mine was only extracted as my root canals were too short on that one tooth.
Have to say once they dug around last week the pain was miles better.
I realy do sympathise, and if it's any consolation it is all fixable.

It's my own stupid fault for letting my teeth get like this (irrational fear of dentists). Funny how I hate dentists, but can't wait for my appointment next week

Talking of busy weeks (as I was to myself).

I've been asked by Uni to sit in on the lectures they are asking prospective English lit tutors to give as part of the interview process.

Now the question is how professional should I be tomorrow, shall I give the best feedback for the hottest candidate - bearing in mind I will be being taught by them next year, or shall I base my feedback purely on lecture content.

At the moment I siding with looks and humour, just to get me throug the final year, but I feel this may not be ethical

Humour more important than looks, depending on if you are at the front or back of the lecture theatre...

My eyes have gone, its just because my page was cached, i hit ctrl refresh and it removed them

Have been quite good today food wise, just waiting on junior getting back from her club then having a chicken pitta salad for tea. I am all booked in for my induction at the gym on Sat as well - wish me luck

One of my things is being delivered on Wednesday and the other is not available until 20th November, but as yet no money has been taken.
