Welcome to the latest in our series of healthy eating threads (26 and counting)!

The emphasis is on health (which is sometimes rude when we get chatting frivolously, as is our tendency), and weight loss where desired. I obviously don't desire it enough, as I am the same weight as when I started, but some of our regulars are mere shadows of their former selves ...

Do come and sign in here if you are with us, or want to join in- all welcome.

We try a variety of approaches, and there is always a lot of support and quite a few laughs along the way. Shiney is the head honcho round these parts, and we do get to be regaled with her embarrassing stories before the rest of MN, so that's always a big draw

Join us if you will!

Evening fellow....erm.....cocks

Sorry to hear about your brother Jet, fingers crossed that he will be ok soon

This thread has moved at the speed of lightning tonight! Have laughed my way through it catching up. Love the name Trills, it still retains the Halloween theme. And Iggi too, nice!

I can honestly say I have never seen so many cocks in my life! The thread is littered with them.

Cockavita · 27/10/2009 22:49

I am sloping off to bed, another busy day ahead tomorrow.

Night all.

TrillianCockSlasher · 27/10/2009 22:52

Hello, is anyone on here still up? dieting question...

I'm not supposed to dip below 1500 calories and its v late and i've just realised I buggered up my calories and still had nearly 400 to go. And no I'm not joking. I've just eaten a frozen yogurt and a fruit and grain bar and a glass of milk - I still have 167 cals to go, wwyd?

Do you have a health reason not to dip below 1500? If not, I'd not worry about it. It's only one day. Some days we eat a bit more, some days a bit less, it all usually balances out

kitkatcadaverqueen · 27/10/2009 23:03

Not a health reason as such - b/feeding, according to kellymom I shouldn't go below an absolute minimum of 1500 because it can afect milk production. On other hand bubs is chunky as hell and I've always got milk....

BrandNewCock · 27/10/2009 23:04

Shame you can't lend them to me. A nice glass of milk, perchance? That must have over 100 kcal. Or, a can of beer!
