Nah, gave in to a full blown pizza (thin romano base though) and DS1 at all his before me. Tis funny, the waiter brought two childrens menus and two normal, the boys just chuck the childrens menus to one side.

Err wine.... I had a Peroni beer

I dreamt about a deep pan pepperoni last week, and am still craving it now

I even resorted to a WW ham and pineapple pizza, in the hope that that would suffice, but sadly it didnt.

just marking my spot then off to watch True Blood which will certainly put me off my food.

But just checked some of those links - there should be a years induction course to using MN...you need to learn who is who (have recently discovered how famous our leader is - sorry Shiney - would have been more deferential if I'd known ), what you can and can't do. It's a bloody minefield. I do that bold thing. Is it really bad? Tell me oh wise ones?

And what an earth were you lot saying on that other thread - I've never seen so many messages deleted!

Jet, Norma, Alice - not sure what to say - actually would like to have said what Lizzy said as that's what I think - but she said it better that I would have.

Double checked my deadline and I was a week out so have ignored the assignments and dealing with the lesson plans. Apparently my lesson went really well [not that was how it felt from where i was] and supervising tutor and mentor pleased. Am doing an altered version of the same lesson with another group after half term. Have sorted out next lesson for the first yr8 group. Just got to sort out a lesson plan for year 7. I am really enjoying the teaching although it is nerve wrecking still at the mo and it takes a while before the sense of accomplisment kicks in.
Heading to bed. although will confess to killing the other tub of B&Js that was in the freezer, but havent eaten tea so probably not too bad overall even though still a heartattack waiting to happen. Some one throw some veg and fruit at me tomo, preceeded by a very large boot.

Blimey hellsbells, i wouldnt have graduated the 1yr induction. I only joined MN back in May so I havent even been here 6 months yet. Would you throw me in the not to be let loose on own in MN corner?

DEM - I'd be there in the corner with you as I've only been on a few months...I just mean (after reading those links) there are so many things you can do that 'offend' people without meaning to...if you don't know the rules and nuances that only become apparent after spending ages on MN!

The whole 'marking places is annoying' - ignore it. No-one is really bothered or will put your name in their black book for it.
