I think it's more i go in shower or get it wet then skin comes off it anf then it continues to scab over...I have a shower every other day so 🤷‍♀️

So use a Compede plaster to protect it?

God are you still going on? Sorry to sound unsympathetic but honestly … this is so so unhealthy.

Please try and stop worrying, even if it is bcc it's treatable, easily removed and doesn't spread. GPs do get it wrong sometimes, personally i would pay to see a private dermatologist, that will put your mind at rest and if you want it removed, whatever it is, it's simple.

You've got 2 threads running now, please speak to your doctor, they can assess your arm and shoulder pain and movement and order an xray if they think there's an injury.

If it's BCC you'll be given chemo cream or they'll remove it.

Please see a dermatologist, sitting here worrying about this won't help you, get a specialist opinion, you won't know until you do, you know you have severe health anxiety but you're still allowed to be concerned and treated with respect.
