I have about 6 weeks until my next blood tests. I’m finding the app interactions helpful. They also keep improving it.

Here’s another code just in case anybody else fancies trying Do Health.

Hi there,
The referral link isn’t working but it’s asking for a code, do you have one please?

My results are in! Overall I’m really encouraged. Most of my results are in the “good” range and some in “optimal”.
I’ve chosen 3 of their suggestions to focus on this week.
my aim is to be as much in optimal as I can.

Arghh this is the danger for me. I am not particularly healthy as I drink too much. I do eat well and exercise. But every time I get my liver function testers, normal, I think, ah, I got away with it again. Obviously, none of those tests can show everything.

I was nearly sucked into this but ultimately decided not to.

Ive been following advice tweaks from him, Rupy and Zoe podcasts for a few years (Michael Mosely before that) and do many of the things I can see suggested here.

I have been having some symptoms of b12 / folate and the gp is happy to test that for me to check. And I’m hypothyroid so get that. I’m also on cancer treatment and I know I can ask to check cholesterol etc. as can most people though.

so I just don’t think it’s worth it tbh.

It's great that you manage to get your blood tests from GP, I had to repeatedly go private first thriva then this. It was my low ferritin and talking points from the ai turtle bit that got me an appointment to discuss with my GP. she ordered a blood test and it was difficult to book as needed to before 9am (morning cortisol) cancelled twice due to staff sickness and had taken the months I've been doing the programme to be repeated as first result was abnormal. Then another wait to discuss second abnormal result and it can't be a booked time appointment for telephone consult so I have to hope I don't miss the call anytime in the morning when I myself will be at work.

I work for the NHS in acute care and live the institution but I do think if you want wellness and optimal health there is just going to be a move to more and more private care
