The blood tests were done by a company called Randox so I had a look at their clinics too. I’m in a small Scottish city and there are 2 clinics per month when the Randox people come. It was help in a sports centre.

Yes it was £250 for me. I’ve got 2 referrals left if you want one to bypass the waiting list. I don’t get anything for sharing it, it’s just to spread the word and build community I think.

Hi, I signed up a couple of weeks ago and I’m on the waitlist. If you still have a referral left I’d love it if possible, if it’ll speed things up.. Thanks

Got my results today- thank you @MiddleAgedButterfly for the code. Interesting results and some things to work on. Feeling inspired to get more healthy. I’ve picked my 3 small changes for the week. How’s everyone else getting on?

greencrab · 30/04/2026 20:08

oh I'm a fool, I'm on the waiting list bit thought it was too late to add a referral to be seen quicker.

if anyone has a referral please let me know, alternatively if anyone wants a referral I have three (I think I need to share them all too so wait list so would prefer to receive one!)

Midlifeshenanigans · 30/04/2026 21:22

@greencrab I’ve just sent you a PM

Bungle1985 · 01/05/2026 23:34

Definitely seems good value compared to Thriva.

I just posted a thread yesterday on this and had no replies so glad I found this one. First rule of marketing is make your brand easily searchable and doing a Google search or M search for Do Health just pulls millions of results. Like trying to Google the band 'A'!

I have been contacted from the wait list to advise I can proceed and think I will after reading the small amount of feedback I can find. I too did zoe back when it had the blood fat and glucose tests along with the microbial diversity. Rather than making me obsessive about my data and food I have really made Sustainable changes in the way I eat and I think my gut bugs really are happier now.

My health goals in my mid 40s are very different. I need support to move more, my job can involve long days of sitting, and I struggle to motivate myself to gym etc around what is a 50h plus working week. I also drink at the top end of the recommended maximum range so would like to reduce for my health. I'd like to protect my bone health and get through menopause as smoothly as possible.

What tests if any, were related to hormone levels? I'm also interested in the ongoing support, is it an app you have daily access to? Do you need to log anything, and does it have a coaching element or just a weekly plan?

There’s an AI coach on the app you can access anytime. I have asked lots of questions such as portions of healthy fats, wise substitutions for some foods. It also takes hugely into account a chronic health condition I have and tailors advice to what I’m likely to be able to do physically.
Yes there are a number of hormones tested including fsh, testosterone, estradiol, lh, prolactin, ft4, tsh.
The app suggestions a number of small changes you can make each week and you choose 3 and tick them off as you achieve them.

For anyone who has already started this, how are you finding it? I am keen to sign up to it. From what I can gather, you are given three things to focus on each week. Are you carrying on with those 3 things every week? Is it easy to stick to?

I’ve completed 3 weeks since my initial blood tests. I’ve had around 7 suggestions of small changes to make each week and I choose 3.
This week I’ve chosen 3 things which are targeted at my HbA1C result. My result was in the “good” range and I’m aiming to have it in “optimal”.
My 3 things this week are: anchor my lunches with protein, have a walk or potter / gentle activity after dinner, and try an alternative to the usual noodles I have (I’m trying blackbean noodles!)
I am finding it really good. A lot of Chatterjee’s approach is small changes that make a difference proactively.
im finding it really good so far.

Been searching for info and reviews online since I signed up for the waitlist, but I haven’t been able to find any other discussion on Do Health strangely. Now I’ve had an email saying I have a place to start the program and I’m not sure whether to go for it.

I have chronic conditions and one of my worst symptoms is extreme fatigue, I already know I have low ferritin and that’s probably what’s caused other issues like hair loss, I suppose I’m hoping the blood tests and analysis would give me a clearer picture of underlying causes, as my GP has not been much help. Would Do Health be a good option for someone like me?

Junobug · 05/05/2026 08:53

I’ve just had an email to say that I have a place. I’d love to know what kind of small changes people have been suggested and whether these are generic or actually targeted to your results? And what features does the app have to support these changes?

SpreadHummusNotHate · 05/05/2026 12:43

They are targeted to your results - I had results of high inflammation generally and slightly high ldl so some were targeted to “reduce ldl cholesterol” for example. There’s a built in AI that you can ask about your results too and interacting with it seems to generate more personalised suggestions too

ThisLoyalQuoter · 09/05/2026 19:37

Thank you all for sharing your experiences, I just found out about the app and it sounded great but it’s always nice to get the claims they’re making validated by people actually using it!

I’m definitely going to sign up as I really want to take control of my health now I’ve hit 40, and it sounds like this could be an ideal balance of scientific testing and gentle nudges to create lasting habit changes.

If anyone has a spare referral code to get faster access that they’re willing to share I’d be very grateful ☺️ ideally I want to monopolise on my current motivation and get started asap!

JenniferJupiterr · 09/05/2026 19:48

This is a nonsense. He’s a total charlatan. Have a look at ‘prescription strength GP’ on instagram as she’s done a take on it all and it makes a lot of sense

GertyFreely · 10/05/2026 02:36

I follow 'prescription strength UK' too and, as she says, if you want to know your biological age - look at your passport! Seriously, how can they assess your age from blood tests?

It looks like an AI app. Can't you get a full blood count test from your GP then go on ChatGPT rather than shell out ££ and travel a long distance?

JenniferJupiterr · 10/05/2026 11:19

@GertyFreely. Totally agree. This is just praying on the ‘worried well’ isn’t it? And I speak as someone who’s had biological age type blood tests (was gifted as some PR a few years back due to my work at the time)

Your age is genuinely your age. And genetically some people will age better than others

From really looking into this offering from him, it is a total cash grab and it’s also meaningless

The content and advice people are looking for is out there. And it’s free

Letsdothis23 · 11/05/2026 13:40

Hi, I am thinking of doing this and am on the waiting list.

For those who have already had the initial appointment, can you tell me who does the blood tests/weight & height measurements?
Is it a registered nurse/pharmacist? They also take your blood pressure, don’t they?
Sorry for all the questions, I’m trying to work out if I will be able to claim so of the cost back from a health insurance plan I have.

Thank you!

@SpreadHummusNotHate sorry I wasn’t very clear. I meant the latest fad like Zoe but fair enough if some may find it helpful. I do think there is a weird dichotomy with the wellness obsession (& sometimes preying on people’s worries) & the fact we are getting sicker.

Zoe is actually the opposite of a fad. It’s a
gigantic and evolving scientific study on nutrition.

JenniferJupiterr · 11/05/2026 16:36

@dizzydizzydizzy well, it was! Now? Not so much.

What do you mean? It’s not a scientific study any more? it claims to be on the website.

Most of the test locations seemed to be Randox health clinics and it was a phlebotomist that took my blood
