thanks for your good wishes, this just has to go our way.
if it doesnt then our MP will become involved & I will threaten the panel with MN.
my mate is picking the kids up after 11 then I will be off to see Steve, I dont think he understands how important today is. I expect his. Mum will turn up at 2 so we will have to sit in the same room whilst the panel & pro's meet.
it will be interesting to see what happens with his family when Steve is home cos whilst he has been in the hospice I have had only one phone call from them and they have fisted every day, when he comes home they will have to talk to me to arrange to vist but I wonder if she will go back to one vist a week.

As next of kin you have the right to say who does and doesn't attend the meeting. Hopefully you wont need to though! Here's hoping common sense prevails and Steve will be home with you very soon.

why am i not surprized to find that no decision has been made today
They all agreed that steve needs 24 hour care, but it now has to go to another panel to decide on if the NHS fund it or if it is split between NHS and SS.
this meeting will hopefully be on tuesday
