So back story, stage 4 endometriosis
Fun. Def not pg.

Day 9 of incredibly heavy period.
Worse within last 48hrs
Incredible worse within last 18 hrs.

Blood pouring out, like a constant trickle but passing huge clots, some size of my palm with 'contractions'.

Totally saturated pad within 20mins.
Saturated pad plus through period pants in 1hr while asleep.

Obs 5.30am

2x Tranexamic acid
BP 98/77
Temp 35.4 / too low to read
Oxygen 96
HB1 110

Feeling a bit (very) shakey, dizzy, sick and a bit breathless.

On my own with my DS, 20 miles from hospital, no 111 service, have called On Call Doctor but no return call yet - 45mins

Im just scared that im going to pass out & DS will have to deal with it.

YABU - wait for call back / GP opening

YANBU - 999

Thanks

Hi all, and thanks to those who have replied so far. We've moved this thread out of Aibu and over to the General health section.

Mumsnet hasn't checked the qualifications of anyone posting here. If you have medical concerns, please seek medical attention; if you think your problem could be acute, do so immediately. Even qualified doctors can't diagnose over the internet, so do bear that in mind when seeking or giving advice.

Beseen22 · 18/10/2021 07:19

@Flowersintheattic2021 assuming all home measurements are correct she has a minimum NEWS of 4 and is symptomatic of anemia. Admittedly baseline BP would probably be lower with age and sex but until you have accessed her past history you can't assume that. I would be surprised if she didn't get at least a bag of fluids and a full blood count. She has been told by 111 to get to A&E.

Thurlow · 18/10/2021 07:23

Hoping you’ve been seen and all is ok x
