Rather embarrassing problemo

I've changed my name for this rather embarrassing problem.

Does anyone else leak a little when they get out of a hot bath?

Is it wee or is it water? Even if I go to the bog I still leak a bit.

So, if I arrive at a thread, and find a poster being particularly "gruff" with another.....how do we prevent any confusion?

rabbleraiser · 17/05/2007 21:47

I'm almost there with FLARP, but a fanny fart just doesn't end in a P .... does it

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:47

flap, fart, parp

MrsDiorKeanuReeves · 17/05/2007 21:48

Terse is a good enough word for disagreements IMO! Gruff is just so descriptive...

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:48

There is a definite "flapping".....

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:48

But Dior, why are you being so gruff about it?

MrsDiorKeanuReeves · 17/05/2007 21:48

Although you might get people thinking you are accusing them of being a troll!

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:49

well exactly...people might start posting

"gruff-gruff" instead of "trip-trap"

rabbleraiser · 17/05/2007 21:49

Exactly, mein supersleuth ... which is why I can't buy GRUFF. There is no flapping in gruff, and an ff flaps.

That's what it does best.

The word has got to have an F in it.

FFS.

dreading sex tonight incase i 'gruff'

NotRhubarb · 17/05/2007 21:51

Synonyms: gruff, brusque, blunt, bluff2, curt, crusty
These adjectives mean abrupt and sometimes discourteous in manner or speech. Gruff implies roughness or surliness but does not necessarily suggest rudeness: a gruff reply.

crusty - eugh!

OtterInnit · 17/05/2007 21:51

there is 'wind' in a gruff though isn't there?
A light fminine wind - passing through the velvet walls of ones feminiity!

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:51

gruff or flarp-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p?

OtterInnit · 17/05/2007 21:53

oh come on - gruff just feels soo right

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:53

"plip" kinda works though....

OtterInnit · 17/05/2007 21:53

not that i would know

rabbleraiser · 17/05/2007 21:53

I still say a fanny fart can't end in a P.

How about gruffle. It's a compromise.

SuperSleuth · 17/05/2007 21:54

ROFL Otter..

You have a gaping trumpetting fanjo really, go on, admit it

rabbleraiser · 17/05/2007 21:54

bananabump · 17/05/2007 21:55
Nikki76 · 17/05/2007 21:55

OtterInnit · 17/05/2007 21:55

Plibble · 17/05/2007 21:56

rabbleraiser · 17/05/2007 21:56
