I have a doctors appointment at 4.40.
I've had three previous lumps removed, last one was six years ago. They were all fibroid adenomas.
I'm already very ill and waiting for an op to remove a kidney stone.
Please cross fingers fanjos and norks that this will be ok.

That's great news OJ. Glad that at last the bag has gone, don't go overdoing things, just take it easy whilst you recover, don't forget you have a festival to look forward to !!

onlyjoking9329 · 26/06/2014 00:27

I may have to burn every nephrostomy, bag long drain bags, forsip etc, they shall be gone. Thanks
I'm absolutely shattered, I've got a lot of paper work today, almost every day. I was desparate to getting home and seeing the gang, and sort out trying to recruit another care.
I've got staffing problems, a member of our care team has given notice tonight.
Bethan's been giving this carer a hard time, she's been telling her to go home, she's going to lock her out, and she even going to tell Laura her teacher all about it.
I don't know why Bethan has started being unkind to carer.
Bethan's also getting Abbey involved,Bethan says to abbey we don't want K, we want L. Don't we abbey. I Was trying to get home to sort staff and other stuff.
It's so good to be in my own bed, in my house. With all the teens, I've so missed them.
Sorry for the ramble , morphine does odd things to you.

You don't need the added worry of that at the moment Oj. You need to be resting. Can you tell the girls that when you are feeling better you will sort it out but for now you need to rest

VivaLeBeaver · 26/06/2014 18:32

Im glad you're out. Thanks

Sonnet · 26/06/2014 18:42

Glad you are out!
Onwards and upwards for you.
Thanks

onlyjoking9329 · 26/06/2014 21:59

I've spent most of today sleeping, yet still feel shattered.
It's great to be back home with my three and catch up on the hugs we've missed.

No place like home OJ is there. Especially when your dc are there too. Sleep is meant to be healing so I wouldn't worry too much about so much sleep. Your body has been through a trauma and needs to heal.

Cocolepew · 26/06/2014 22:18

Oh my goodness I've just seen this (you probably have no idea who I am but I know you ), I'm so glad you are home and recovering .
What a horrible year you've had.

onlyjoking9329 · 27/06/2014 00:55

Yes it's been a very tough year so far I'm hoping that will change now.
Of course I remember you, great to see you, hope you are all well at your end.
I forget some times the amount of trams my body has been through, all my major organs closed down I couldn't breathe or do anything for myself, the sepsis was awful I managed to fight it off three times, I read a couple of story's in the news today where two children died of the sepsis and multiple organ failure It shows me how lucky I have been.
Onwards and upwards.

Hi OJ, hope you are feeling a bit stronger now. I bet it's lovely to be free of the bag after all this time. Is there any more treatment you have to have or is that it ? I hope so. Enjoy the nice weather we have at the moment

mummylin2495 · 04/07/2014 21:16

Hope you are much improved now OJ and well on the road to recovery

NormaStanleyFletcher · 05/07/2014 12:52

Been thinking of you OJ.

Hope things are going as well as they can.

onlyjoking9329 · 05/07/2014 21:31

Hello Norma and Lin
I think I'm heading in the right direction, my wound is healing well.
I had a bath today! First time I've been able to have a soak since January, it was so lovely.
I need to see the doctor, I'm still losing weight, 45kgs is not good.
I don't seem able to keep food or fortisips in I'm spending much of my life on the loo.
It's Elliot's presentation evening on Monday but I won't be able to go, journey to long and loo access not fab, I'd have to strap I portaloo to me.

Oh crikey OJ , that's not so good about your weight , but good news that you are recovering and been able to have a bath ! Bet that felt like luxury. What a shame you can't go to Elliot's presentation night, but no good struggling if your not up to it.
