Ok those of you not happy with your tums - who is going to join me on this Sit Up thread
Its up to you how many or what type - but post here when you've done your daily dose & help to spur others on !
I'm not a fitness expert (so don't sue me if you pull a muscle ) but I've Googled some tips

been doing mine but i am soooo bizzy this week i might not get them done, am also going away next week 4 just over a week so prob wont do them then either

Have done every day bar one this week ... Need a kick up the backside to lose some weight before I'm going to see any results I think, though it's really annoying as I'm far from overweight - just half a stone over my ideal weight (ie. the weight I like to be). A new diet book usually does the trick, think I'm going to have to invest. Can't think of anything else to get me going.
