Happy New Year All...

I thought I might try the Cabbage Soup diet this month (after reading about it here)... I went to the website given and found reference to the Negative Calorie Diet (which I've not heard of before) it sounds too good to be true...

Does anyone have experience of this diet?
Does anyone know if the book is currently available in the uk?

TIA

Well I'm continuing on my cabbage soup hybrid for the next 2-3 weeks. If I can keep on losing 4lbs per week (not likely) then I will be at my taget weight in 3 weeks

Beety, Well done if you only have another couple of lbs, you'll have done great. I lost 2lbs when I went for my weigh-in tonight. I know it isn't much, less than I was hoping for really, however in the sheme of things Ionly have 1/2 stone to go, and I am remotivated to lose it with SW. Also I have made a new food resolution, to cut out processed food. DH and I are going to try to cut this out, therefore we will eat better. I will do the soup sporadically, as during the day I really like a thermos of really spicy soup. So perhaps soup and fruit/veggies during the day with SW at night will help me.
