I got a lie-in. MrM has had Nemo this morning so I could rest and I feel better for it. Going to call dentist today. Sort out more/diff ABs as I still have swelling and pain which would indicate infection?

Allergic to penacilin (SP?) though so not sure what else I can have??......

agree with SAF, stress you need this sorting as an emergency. There are abs that aren't penicillin based (erythromycin), but have no idea if they are appropriate for mouth infection.

Caphalexin is ok but not sure if it will treat tooth/bone infections.

I have a feeling it's in my jaw bone as my face is sore around my eye! Will call right now.

Emergency dentist tomorrow, they will ring me in the morning and tell me when to come in. Can't see me today.

went ok at hospital radiologist said couldn't see anything wrong with stomach but could see reflux. Which is weird, don't know how they can see reflux on an x ray? mouse any ideas?

saf - i must admit if i don't have 'it' for months i get less and less bothered. Then if I am 'awoken' there's no stopping me!

i'm allergic to penicillin too mouse. Got given metrawhatsit but puked up, they were fierce. Fingers crossed for speedy solution tomorrow x

we just need them to confirm her stomach is ok re short/small bowel etc then we can concentrate on getting the reflux meds right. Radiologist will send x rays to consultant then to dr who'll share them with us.

Brain - I think it's that they could see the barium being sent back up, like reflux. Nothing wrong in her tummy as such, more the mechanics of it all.

Doc will make more sense than me.

Children's Community Pyschologisthingmabob and Nemo's nurse have just gone........ I'm done in. So much to take in and do. I found myself just babbling on and on and at one point forgot what I was saying......

DD's friend has just called her - not in class today - to say her dad died over the weekend. Was my age and v ill for a long time. So very sad.
