Sorry for the rubbish title.

Hello, I am Bitter and have 3 or 4 lb to lose.

Whether you have a lot or a little to lose, join in for lots of chat and some healthy eating.

All welcome, as long as you have something to say. Smile

Film sounds interesting LV Smile

Am I allowed to skip dinner as I had a very big lunch, then have cheese and biscuits after later?

not many kids at my nursery and all have keyworkers etc. it's a small place. don't think ds has ever been as a number.

and unless you're going to home school them too...

ThePumpkinofDoomandTotalChaos · 22/10/2010 16:59

WIF - oddly enough the school nursery was absolutely brilliant, lovely nurturing staff who were used to a bit of challenge shall we say amongst their intake.

funnily enough I was just saying to DH last night if only I wasn't too lazy I would love to home ed, there's a lot about "the system" and conformity that irks me.

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 22/10/2010 17:07

Yes Bitter but only if you share your cheese and biscuits.

Is it that yummy mature cheddar with stuff in??

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 17:13

I have

Applewood smoked cheddar
Blacksticks Blue
Mature Cheddar with pickled onion and chives
Brie

And yes I'm happy to share Smile

I'd love to home ed, but I would fear for my sanity.

Just ordered some Tesco Finest Davidstow and sweet chilli. Lush.

It's dark here now and DH and the PIL are still outside fannying about with Saf and Dubs' holiday home.

DD wants her dinner, drying needs sorting, Nemo needs a bath and I want to go to the fecking pub and leave them all to it.

Christ knows what's for dinner....
GGGrrrrr.

Moan over.

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 18:08

Thanks for all the commiserations yesterday :). My workplace is obviously very professional :o. Ha!

I'm a bad person who couldn't keep my mouth shut and let a select few know that She had taken the credit for my work. One of them was very shocked, especially since I had done her part of it too!

Should have kept my mouth shut, but hey ho. Can't undo it now. She's off on holiday now so I'll see what the fallout is when she gets back! :o

I have wine.

Evening all.

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 22/10/2010 18:28

Hey UNO.

I'm glad you said something. And that you have wine. xx

I'm off to kill my husband if nobody minds.

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 18:31

Hey UNO, hope she gets what's coming to her. Grin

Mouse, I am still living out of the freezer so my lot are eating Ham, Egg and Chips.

I'll order you a glass of red and meet you at the bar shall I?

I used to cook dammit!

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 18:32

Actually, I think I will send DH to the shop for a bottle. Would go down a treat this evening.

OP posts:
HammerMouseOfHorrors · 22/10/2010 18:40

Bitter - yes, a nice glass of red. That is what I am going to have me later.

As I recall how the 'terrible accident with the salad spinner' happened to the police. [hgrin]

I swear I am going to combust this evening and I'll have to leave you lot at some point and pretend to be happy.

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 18:47

Oh mousey. If it comes to it I'll swear blind you were with me all evening :o

I hope she get what's coming to her too! I hate people who take the credit for anyone else's work. Really gets to me. She's the type to think I'm no threat because I'm nice. The fool!

I haven't told her I met her dh on a friend of his's stag do either! He didn't try it on (we both did the "we're married" thing) but he was lovely and we talked and danced all night :o. Is it wrong of me to be smug about that?

And yes I know it is terribly wrong of me! H knows I know her dh, but he hasn't told her he knows me (even when he came in to see her). I think she's rather... Controlling.

Ooh I'm turning into one of them there bitchy types. Sorry. Just nice to vent!

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 19:03

UNO, I knew you fit in so nicely here for a reason. Wink

OP posts:
YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 19:04

Ha! Bitter I love you!

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 19:06

Mixed tenses, sorry Confused

OP posts:
YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 19:08

Shame on you!

A pox on your mixed tenses!

:o

CrispyTheCorpse · 22/10/2010 19:10

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 22/10/2010 19:17

Hey Crispy! How are you?

UNO - I knew there is a reason I like you! [hwink]

Bloody brilliant. [hgrin]

Have a nice time Mittz xx

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 22/10/2010 19:18

Have a good Evening Mittz Smile

Hey Crispy, love the Halloween Name.

Yes, considering we are only 5 pages in and we have already mentioned cheese, chips, Ben and Jerry's, curry, port, gammon, wine and Lard I think the WHETE is appropriate Blush

OP posts:
YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 19:25

Argh! A pox on every mixed tense that has ever happened soon!

:o

I'm ok. Things with h still not great. Trying not to think about it. Work is really busy so I'm burying myself in that?

How are you all?

Mousey, why the murder? Mr mouse being a knob head? Would you like me to... Eliminate the problem?! Mwa ha ha!

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 19:26

Ooh stray ? A pox on them too.

CrispyTheCorpse · 22/10/2010 19:34

LOL, yes i think WHETE is appropriate . Cheese. Mmmmmmmmmmm

Good thanks Mouse, although a slight hiccup at work with my new venture which has caused a tad of uncertainty, but otherwise, in the words of Double, just Grand Smile

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 22/10/2010 20:02

:o

Hi crispy. Glad things are going grand:)
