Morning everyone, haven't had a chance to catch up. Have my weigh in this evening and have a feeling I will have put on weight. Was very good last week, but over the weekend drank too much and had takeaway twice, yesterday was one of those lazy days and ate all round me.

sounds like a good assignment double. i'd pick someone like my sister or a colleague i clashed with or something. having someone in mind helps me.
