Hello you. Glad school was good Smile

And thanks re Nemo, I am so pleased. I know it seems like a normal thing or something small, to us, it's massive.

Double - it's dry and sunny but cold here.

And today I have eaten WAY to much crappy food.

2 x wholemeal toast with reduced fat pate.

Cheese and cucumber sarnie. Niknaks - new addiction - and 2 pints of water, 2 coffees and a cup of tea.

I am not eating a biscuit boost though. Nope. I'm not. Grin

TheMittzressOfMystery · 12/10/2010 15:10

I fell asleep. Smile I need to look half intelligent when I pick DD up. I think I get a kind of sleep paralysis. Weird feeling.

Empathetic tears Mouse.Smile

And of course it's massive Mouse. It didn't have the health implications but when DD didn't really talk till late the 'usual' milestones were like meteors. She had a 'secret' language that only I could seen to understand, we still have this 'bond' that I couldn't define.
He is a little hero, you should be proud. xx

Hey Double.. skiver Wink xx

I have fallen in love with a chest in the antiquey place near me. It has draws instead of a lid, so I could pad and upholster it to be a seaty type footstool with a purpose. If I had any money.

I'm gone.....whoooooooooooooooooosh!!!! xxx

TheMittzressOfMystery · 12/10/2010 15:11

Oh, it's OK Mouse, I didn't have an Aero either.. I only ate the bubblesWink

VampireMouseface · 12/10/2010 15:11

Hi and bye Mittz Grin xx

DESIRE!!!!!!

Hello! Of course you can join us over here. We have no rules! Smile

desiretochange · 12/10/2010 15:30

Hi Mouse, wobbling my way over to you:)

VampireMouseface · 12/10/2010 15:38

Is it cos it got a bit scary over on the bus?

Sorry about my part in that Blush

So desire, what's your goal and do you know how you'd like to achieve it?

desiretochange · 12/10/2010 15:43

:):) Mouse did get a bit scary over there alright but think things have calmed down a bit Hmm
My goal is to lose as much of the wobbly bits as I possibly can, so that some day I can just literally "throw on something" and look stylish - if that makes sense. Tired of looking like something that has just been dragged (ok hauled by a big tractor) through the bushes:):)

VampireMouseface · 12/10/2010 15:52

So, are you going to calorie count, eat more healthy foods and exercise or something like slimfast?

I do a bit of calorie counting mut not at the moment as I have my period so it's pointless.

I'll start again after next weekend but reckon I need to lose about 6lbs.

I'd like to get below 9.7 and stay there....... Hmm

I have used FoodFocus before and found that really good. I guess you have to do whatever works for you.

BrianAndHisBalls · 12/10/2010 16:01

desired - rules are;

be nice to brian

pretend to care about brian's sex life

eat lots of crap Grin

Mouse - bloody massive YAY for Nemo - fantastic Smile

got to go again, back in a bit.

VampireMouseface · 12/10/2010 16:06

FGS Brian - her name is desire not desired. You've got sex on the brain you have!! Grin

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 12/10/2010 16:09

Afternoon all.

Welcome desire, but be warned we are a bit crap at the healthy eating at the moment.

Maybe we should use you as inspiration?

Today I have eaten

Gingerbread man.
Beans on toast planned for tea.

The kids can have mushroom risotto I think, I cba to do anything proper as I haven't sat down all day and I start work in a bit - seeming as none of you buggers volunteered to do my shift!
