i wish ds would get out of the habit of waking up at 6am.

loads of vitC brian. really is the only thing that helps, ecchinacea comes out as bullshit in clinical trials no matter how people swear by it. the one thing you can do to boost immune system and fight off colds is loads of vitC supplement wise. though sleep helps too obviously poor thing.

i was so cold i stayed downstairs last night with long top, cardi, jumper over that, scarf and duvet. think i've caught ds's cold - just can't get warm.

hi to LV good luck with the new push on weight.

i was drinking beer yesterday so i'm sure that'll cancel out my improved eating this week.

will definitely get some supplements my diet is rubbish. DP eats NO vegetables at all so it makes it difficult to get any.

And have been asked to supply a shop in Stratford but am a bit wary of it, ive posted in freelancers and arts and crafts.

Morning WIF - I have chills to my core and can't get warm. I have on 3 jumpers and my giant blue hoodie. Need more coffee! If only Warm Front had bothered to get their fecking grant sorted, we'd have heating by now!!!

Anyway, today is physio and hydro at noon. I'm looking forward to getting into a nice warm pool.

I've cancelled hydro and physio. Nemo is just puking and puking and MrM is snowed under with work.

It all depends on Nemo I guess. I can go anytime, as in any day and use the pool. Will play it by ear.

i finally got warm after walking ds to nursery and going shopping and carrying heavy bags home. cockburns assured port is half price at the coop currently if i there are any fellow glass of port = winter on here.

OOoooo - I love port WIF. Especially in winter. I could just snuggle up with a port now.

I'm cleaning later to warm up. Nemo is super clingy today. He sobbed for ages when I put him to bed and I ended up cuddling him on our bed.

He is so out of sorts bless him.

just really tired and lazy today but i did have a busy day and a few beers yesterday and have george's cold i think.

not really snotty just cold and achey and a few sneezes so just a mild virus me thinks. good excuse to have my duvet on the sofa for a bit whilst ds is at nursery

sorry nemo is struggling.

i'm hopefully cooking salmon en croute and roast veg tonight. though i dare say ds will declare the main yukky and have a sausage

Snuggling on the sofa is my favourite thing. I may light the log burner too.

Dinner sounds yum. I'm doing spag bol from scratch. Don't do jars of sauce and stuff in this house.

I can't believe the filth we have been living in.

WIF - I just don't like using jars and sauces filled with chemicals and salt and sugar, MSG etc....

We stopped using them years ago and food tastes so much nicer.
