So had asked exh to pay the 6 weeks arrears of child support he owes. He'll 'sort it' he says. Obviously he won't but never mind. DP is texting him saying 'Id like some straight answers as to why you dont come up more often, use your dad's car he's away at the moment, why dont you pay your child support, you earn over £16k no bills etc etc'

He replies;

'I could use the car possibly but as I have said time and time again I can't afford to come up more regularly at the moment. You may not agree but that is the case.Of course if you want to assist with transport and share the burden I will gladly have her come down more often'

Im thinking of asking my dad to ring his dad, can't think of anything else to do. CSA say they'll ask him to make the 6 weeks in arrearsa payment but if he says no then they'll just have to add it (in little bits) to the amount he already owes. I'll try explaining that to the mortgage company.
