Hello

Welcome to our thread all about cake cheese and chcolate healthy eating. Well, on a good day! Grin

I'm Mouse, I have the weight of a huge Camenburg to lose but have lost lots already thanks to the support of this thread and the lovely LIGHTer ladies!

No rules, no clique, just us!!

Come say hi Smile

OP posts:
BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 15/10/2010 10:37

I'm back.

The BitterBob has been restored to it's former glory.

Hospital is a follow up after the last two appointments. We are seeing God today. He great but I'm not usre what he'll making of Nemo puking again. We've had an awful morning.

Ah well, it could be much worse. Smile

Sorry Mole is not sleeping.

Hunch - yuk for hangover! Hope you have a good night with DH. Be strong and TELL HIM what YOU NEED!!!

This has to be the last time you do this. Surely?

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 15/10/2010 11:10

Woohoo for bob!

Woohoo for delivery!

Boo for none here yet, but they usually get to me about one.

Mouse I really hope it isn't traumatic for any of you, got my fingers crossed for answers.

I really don't want to keep comig back to the same issues. He doesn't seem to get that when things get hard he cant just absolve himself of responsibility and go back to bad patterns. It isn't an option. He seems to think it's fine in short doses as log as we resolve it afterwards. I need to get through that THIS IS NOT FINE! It is soul destroying.

The worst bit is when he throws in a "why are you pointing out the things I haven't done and not the things I have?!". That one drives me insane.

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 11:16

Back soon, hospital xx

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 15/10/2010 11:25

Good luck at the hospital Mouse xx

Good luck with H UNO xx

I suppose I had better do some Laundry if I want any clothes to wear at the weekend.

desiretochange · 15/10/2010 11:28

Good luck at hospital Mouse.
Little tip for everyone, if I invite you to my house to enjoy a lovely crispy bacon salad, my advice to you is to be busy on that particular evening, as even though I worked my way through it, it was completely unappetising:( or in other words a Disaster!

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 15/10/2010 11:31

Aw, don't beat yourself up desire, I still have regular disasters in the kitchen.

Last night we feasted on toad in a blanket as my Yorkshire pudding didn't rise.

Everyone got fed and no-one died, no biggie xx

desiretochange · 15/10/2010 11:46

Cheers Bitter, have to say though it did fill me up and didn't snack before bedtime!
Not stressing about it . . thought it was funny actually. The other day I make an omelette that looked nothing like an omelette but tasted lovely, and then yesterday I make a pasta salad that looked like something you would get in a restaurant Wink but tasted like . . well didn't really have any taste Blush

WallowsInFlies · 15/10/2010 12:12

hi.

good luck at hospital mouse - everything crossed.

i'm also waiting for a delivery, was sure getting in the bath would make it arrive but it didn't. tracking says it's 'out for delivery' but that could mean anything i guess.

hope you're happy with the next stuff brian.

haven't been on because i've been attempting good, attentive, parenting - i'm exhausted Smile

cat and boy are in the garden so i'm sitting down for a minute.

WallowsInFlies · 15/10/2010 12:44

rose bush injury!

ds is walking around with his hand in his pocket like napoleon refusing to let me look at it Hmm

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 15/10/2010 12:46

What delivery are you waiting for saf?

Is DS ok? Those rose bushes can be nasty.

BrianAndHisBalls · 15/10/2010 13:14

bloody nora - she went to sleep at about 10.30 and i woke her up at 1 Shock obviously catching up!!

Got nothing done as she went to sleep on me so now have crick in neck Grin

rose bush injury Grin dd1 had a 'graze' that meant she couldnt do swimming yesterday. She walked around going 'ow' everytime she remembered. When you remibded her she had'nt said it for 5 mins she did 4 'ows' in a row to make up Grin

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 13:39

I'm back just in time for JK!!! Grin

Well, Consultant Paed was really happy with Nemo's progress, even thought the reflux is really bad and has said he'll see him in a year's time unless we need him. Smile

Lunch now. My wedding rings are back too!! Yippee!!

Homemade curry tonight, lush.

When I was younger, say about 13 9 or 10, I had mu roller boots on, zooming up and down the drive. Dad had several giant rose buses at the front of the drive so I decided to pin my breasticles and t-shirt to it by falling face first into it.

I was pinned there and had to yell for my mum to come and release me!!! Grin

I looked like I'd had a fight with Freddy Kruger! And my t-shirt was ruined.

BrianAndHisBalls · 15/10/2010 13:47

mouse Grin

and yay re appt Smile

now let me know when you see what i was talking about earlier in story 1, i was Shock

YouHaveNothingButAHunch · 15/10/2010 13:47

Oh no! Rose bushes do leap out when you turn your back to them. Nasty little buggers.

Mousey that's great news! Glad your lighter rings are back too. A good day.

I'm glad mole's had some sleep too. Sounds like you needed a bit of sit down time Brian :)

Right i'm watching jk. And it's all your faults. What is with that boy's teeth??

BitterAndTwistedGoreDodger · 15/10/2010 13:47

Good news with the hospital mouse, but keep badgering them if you have any concerns.

Shock

Oh. My. God. The TEETH!

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 13:50

Eew......what a set of gnashers!!!

Wouldn't you have them done? How would you even try and kiss him?

Thank ladies, he is my little star. xx

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 13:51

She's got great taste in men Hmm

WallowsInFlies · 15/10/2010 14:02

ouch mouse! glad hospital went well - that is well i take it? not just palming off?

i got one quick glimpse, quite a nasty scratch right on the knuckle. it's still in his pocket, i had to feed him his lunch. we're down to about one 'ow' per 5mins now brian.

was a topshop delivery - woolens - it's come but haven't had a chance to open it yet.

i have mr tumble here.

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 14:15

WIF - I think you should let Mr Tumble go....... they'll be a lot of upset children otherwise. Grin

Yes, it was good at the hospital, not a fob off and the Cons Paed is wonderful. Been with Nemo since he was born.

He is one of the two people in his army of carers that I really trust. Smile

So, DS doesn't need a finger transplant then? Wink

desiretochange · 15/10/2010 14:49

Ah if only I knew who Mr Tumble was Wink . .

I also need a makeover Double, have neglected myself for years but am determined to change the way I look (am sure the just been dragged through a ditch look went out years ago Wink), have all my children home this weekend and am going to suggest that instead of buying me their own choice of present at Christmas that they get me vouchers for somewhere like Dorothy Perkins so that I can (a) make appointment with personal shopper from said store and (b) have money to buy what personal shopper recommends Hmm
Above will depend on having lost at least a stone in weight by then ...

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 15:30

desire - I used to work for a well known cosmetics firm.... can you say who on here?

Anyway, nake overs were my favourite part. It was only ever make-up that I did but just seeing how someone's face can lift with a splash of naturel colour and some tone....

Can take years off you as long as you don't slap it on!

HammerMouseOfHorrors · 15/10/2010 15:30

'make' not nake.
