It's hard though isn't it Mouse. I am shattered, and sometimes piece of cake hits the spot more than an apple or the like. I did it once so need to motivate myself.

I should get some nuts in, I used them massively when I lost 4 st. And running again, but that definitely won't be today. I am a wee bit tender..

Want to lose 7lb by 19th Nov and had lost 1lb when I weighed yesterday, and being on too.....

just fell asleep with mole on the sofa so now am even more tire and have crick in neck. Am sooo tired all the time, Mole was fed at 10pm then was up at 2am and dd2 up at 6am. Still I'm sure I shouldnt be this tired though.
