Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 25/09/2010 14:28

If I pop in and say hi and don't mention what you lot have been talking about, it's only because it goes so fast, but I like you lot in here.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 25/09/2010 14:30

I'm good thanks. See I go away for 10 mins and come back to a million posts!!!! LOL

Oh I've seen Up, I didn't cry in it though. But then I must have been watching it when I turned my tear permitter off :o

Hoping to TTC in November, so a month of strictness ensues, or just more exercise to balance out the cake!

Mouseface · 25/09/2010 15:08

Brain - do fuck off. Grin

Hey 100. We do talk loads on here. What are your plans to get in shape before hand? Are yo uplanning to change your diet or do more exercise?

100years · 25/09/2010 15:13

I know, talking loads is good, especially when I can get on here too, when I am busy with work it's not so good. :S

I'm just going to do 5 sessions of exercise a week(that's and increase from 4 sessions), and follow SW as I have been doing, I'm quite happy with where I am now, would obviously like to be smaller, but I wouldn't worry about it if it happened now, feel fit and healthy. Won't change my diet any more, just keep up with the healthy eating I have been doing.

100years · 25/09/2010 15:23

Double, thanks, I'll take that on board.

I have lots of things I should and could be cleaning, I shall however refrain from that in fear of shocking OH too much Wink

My shortness of post was not related to what was said, I do appreciate knowing what's what :)

Mouseface · 25/09/2010 15:24

100 - sounds sensible. I'm uber broody. Asked MrM if we could have another last night and he said that we should be grateful for the DCs we have.

Fair enough. I kinda have enough on my plate but it feels weird to think I will never have another baby.........

Just me?

I understand what he is saying, but also I know exactly what you mean. Hope you either stop feeling uber broody, or MrM changes his mind, whatever works for both of you :)

I could go silly and be ultra strict for a month, but this could lead to me being a moody cow and not pleasant to live with which would in turn put things back in time! But I am really looking for a healthy lifestyle and one I can continue when I am pg, and being strict wouldn't be helpful
