I haven't had a good night TC, but did some googling, and although very unadvisable, didn't hit the 'overdose' thresh hold.

I did go to bed and just lay there though as my body is exhausted. More work today, about 6 hrs to go. And i really need to go to town and make a pointless journey back home to go back to the same place .

saf - we have a cat flap and one of mine still waits by the backdoor for me to open it. Think I'm possibly being had.

Double - glad cat perkier. You can have a look at its gums to see how pink they are, if white or pale pink its a bad sign, if normal pink an ok sign.

have woken up feeling like i just have a normal cold now rather than ebola-cold. Think some of it might have been down to my reduced lung capacity because of the blood clot in my lung when pregnant.

This Morning I have

Overslept
Battled with DS to get him to school as some kids are picking on him and he doesn't want to go.
Sent him in with half a packed lunch, as there is no food in the house.
Sent him in with yesterdays uniform, as he had no clean.
Did the school run with DD in her Pj's even though it's tipping down.
Obviously he was late.
Realised I had no cash for his snack money, so he will have half a lunch and no snack.
Missed my dental appt which I will have to still pay for.

And the dog then had the bin out all over the kitchen. Which in it's current state is an improvement.

I stand by my earlier comments, I am totally useless.

They can't do anything this week,I need to call back on Monday.

bitter - that sounds like a pretty typical (although devastating) morning for a parent

Stop judging yourself so harshly all the time. We tried to squeeze dd into a 2-3 pair of pe bottons and a 7-8 top yesterday because we couldnt find any clean and the shop only had miles too big. So she had trousers that ended at her knees and a top that also ended at her knees!

dp constantly sends dd in with a lunchbox with sandwiches / cake / a 'fruit' twister thing / more cake / a chocolate biscuit etc etc

I've lost count of the times one of the parents (usually me) at the school has forgotten dress down day/ cake money/raffle money/red clothes day etc etc. Tis normal.
