Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

You don't have to do it but you do have to face it!

I let myself not do so much because of fear. And it is crippling.

Now when I start to feel it, I make a plan. I google images of places I'll be going (even down to knowing which door to walk through). I make plans for if it all goes wrong.

So something goes wrong and you're late, you're in London! Have another plan (museum, eating out, a show) that is just as well researched!

When is it for? I'm actually off to London soon. You never know... :)

Leave it a couple of days for the initial panic to settle and then see if it is possible. If you're worried about finding yourself in pain, then have another plan for that too. Taxis, rest, whatever you need can be done.

I really do understand

Xxx

mittz · 29/09/2010 13:38

I allow myself loads of time, take magazines so if I'm early I have stuff to do. Have a map of the area on my phone, lots of pre planning.
Like crunch said, fear is inhibiting and worth facing in the long run...
Someone could be there for you one way or another.
Get info off local MNers as to Taxis, all the detail stuff.

mittz · 29/09/2010 13:49

I'm sobbing because this has been a really crap month money wise and had lost my bit of being ahead of things and my Fuel suppliers have just paid nearly £200 into my account because I am so much in credit, even with the winter months coming up...
The relief was too much Blush
And I'm proper poorly..

mittz · 29/09/2010 14:10

Helloooooooo!

I fookin' love Wednesdays. I do.

It is my day off. So far I have: Pushed 3 kids outta the house, schoolward bound,
Walked a poorly dog,
Took self to Dr.'s, whereupon he did tell me I have a sinus infection - antibiotics administered, stress, depression and fluid on my hip joint. I also have to have some blood tests to rule out nasties because of my memory loss problem. He had to see my nickers. And I cried. (unrelated to nickers.),
I then went to Sainsbos for some bits,
Then to Lidl for weekly shop,
Stopped at Mcdonalds for coffee to drink on drive home,
Put stuff away,
Ate stuff,
MNing now,
Then will do a bit of housework,
do tea then go to Kesgrave for Aerobics class.

I fookin' love Wednesdays.

Alwight treecle?.
Hello everybody else.
