Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

OP posts:

would kiss you bitter but im snotty Grin

just rang magistrates court, exh had 14 days to appeal the costs (non paid school fees and reasonable extras) i was charging him for non payment of court order. Weirdly he hasn't replied. I stupidly thought werhay, they'll award me what I asked for then but apparently not Hmm

Now they have to summons him to court where the magistrate will decide what he has to pay (ie just the school fees or the extras too), then hopefully at that hearing will also tell him how/when he has to pay it.

If there's no penalty for not answering the letter why send it? Confused Also if he doesn't turn up to that court hearing they'll reschedule it??

Might go and post in legal.

Moan away mousey :)

Hey saf. I still haven't been in touch csa, and ds is 12, so Blush I certainly know the reluctance. But you really should, as should I.

X

Mouseface · 29/09/2010 13:00

Maybe you should help each other through the CSA thing.

OK, this is really silly. I sent my wedding and engagement rings away to be replated.

I had a letter this morning to say that my engagement ring needs re-setting as the stone is lose. Which will be £85. Shock

Along with £43 for my wedding ring to be done. FFS.

I called the jeweller and asked if they could do better......... they said yes, they could do it for £55 + £43 for my wedding ring. I agreed as I'd be gutted. So I got £30 off but I'm really annoyed.

I know that there are much worse things to moan over but for some reason, the little things are upsetting me.

Also, MrM gave me suprise tickets for Harry Hill's TV Burp, they were free but you have to apply for them.

It's in London and he suggested me and DD go together and make a night of it. I burst into tears and said I can't go on my own. I can't find my way round, I begged him to go with her and said not to make me go. Blush

WTF is that all about. I feel so stupid.

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 29/09/2010 13:12

Mousey you're just feeling overwhelmed at the moment. I get like that when I'm low, something lovely can become too much when it's first suggested. Let it settle and make a plan. If you want to go make sure you do. But don't beat yourself up for an initial panic.

The ring thing is annoying, and it would make me cross at the best of times. If I was feeling low about ore things it coukd also make me castrophise a bit.

It's irritating and an additional expense, but it's not the end of the world, and now at least you won't lose the stone (looking on the bright side). When you have em back and they look shiny (lighter :o) and new, you will feel better.

Xxxxxx

Let's work through that rear mouse. What scares you? Try to break it down into pieces. Is it the journey? The arrival? Finding the place? Sitting in the crowd?

And you're not allowed to answer all of it! :)

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 29/09/2010 13:25

Rear?! Ha! Fear.

Mouseface · 29/09/2010 13:25

JK time!!!!!!

[sad cow emoticon] Grin

Cuppa and some lunch, quick!!

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 29/09/2010 13:27

Mousey you cant run off to jk!

Mouseface · 29/09/2010 13:28

All of it. Not knowing where I am. Not knowing anyone. Being responsible for DD. Finding the hotel. Studio etc.

And it's not definate that you get in, first come first served. So if we were late for what ever reaason, we'd be stuck.

I'm sorry. I'm crying now. What is wrong with me? AAAArrrhhhh.

I can't do it. I just can't. I can't go.

Going to watch JK. Sorry. Blush

It's OK to be scared Mouse, it's OK to cry, maybe a challenge to face head on when you have had time to think it through,

Have been in a similar place and it feels so good to meet the challenge xx
