Hello, I'm Bitter and I have lost around two stone, have another 4 or 5 pounds to go.

Come for the healthy eating, stay for the chat. We do more of the latter than the former!

Hey 100!!! That's amazing, well done!

Mittz - I have always felt that there are many parts of me. That I am more than one person or I have levels, layers, sections.......

I have actually 'changed' since being married, I think we all do to one degree or another.

Your life changes, it mutates into other things, it grows and it flurishes. Certain areas wither away, others are born.

Wow, deep!

Food - pate on toast. Cup of tea x2, pints of water x3. Burger from the take away, cut into tiny bits x1.

It's very boring I'm afraid Brian.

Every customer is meant to have no more than 1 person in front of them when they queue. We are allowed to fail this by a number of customers each day.

If the queues are building up, we (i.e Me)tannoy for multiskilled staff so that we can open extra checkouts.

The queues are monitored constantly by something like 50 - odd cameras then we can pull up a report to see how we are doing. On Monday we must not fail. When I left the figure was minus 285 I think.

bitter that is fabulous I'm really tempted to come to your store and keep moving queue so i screw your figures up Grin
