Ok, I have just gargled again with salt water. A huge black/bloody and smelly lump has just come out of my mouth.

I had another look at my tooth and I now have a huge gap in my gum. Like a vertical slice down the line of the tooth!!

AAAhhhhhhh. It feels better though.
