Labour.

Stoic123 · 04/07/2024 21:20

Firstly- respect for anyone on here who made the effort to actually vote (even a deliberate spoil is better than apathy in my opinion).

Secondly- Labour vote was a no brainer for me.

missmousemouth · 04/07/2024 21:22

Scottish voters. Labour x3. It has been many years since we voted Labour. Longing to see the back of the Tories and the SNP.

JustEatTheOneInTheBallPit · 04/07/2024 21:22

Tactical Lib Dem due to my area.

Rewriting, not scrapping.

And that’s fine, I’d rather biological sex was a protected characteristic anyway.

Biological sex won’t matter when you have your right to life free from slavery, free from torture, a right to maternity pay, equal working rights for men and women…removed. The list goes on and on and on…Whatever bizarre protective characteristic you think that will involve, it won’t be for the benefit of women.

Dymaxion · 04/07/2024 21:22

Voted Lib Dems, sort of tactically, I quite like the candidate too after talking to them, they were the only one who showed up on the doorstep.

Xtraincome · 04/07/2024 21:22

Me - Lib Dem
DH - Labour

Whu · 04/07/2024 21:24

Over 4.7k votes! Interesting to see how this aligns to the actual votes tomorrow.

35 mins till polls close/ exit poll comes out.

Labour

Callmemel · 04/07/2024 21:26

2 x Labour votes in our household.

ConfusedKoala13 · 04/07/2024 21:27

Labour - if we had PR, I'd probably vote Lib Dem but I live in a place that has only ever been Tory nut was very very tight in the by-election.

PrincessOlga · 04/07/2024 21:27

Interesting, I think this "exit poll" looks quite accurate and what you would expect.

Reform

Paul2023 · 04/07/2024 21:34

Reform - Labour have won the election , we know that. But every government needs an opposition.
And there isn’t one , the Lib Dem’s won’t be much of an opposition.

So I voted Reform for that reason.

Callmemel · 04/07/2024 21:35

TreadLight · 04/07/2024 19:51

Just voted Reform. Was wavering in the polling booth, but wanted a protest vote and chose Reform as a FU to everyone who called Reform voters names.

Well, that should definitely help to persuade everyone that Reform voters are extremely sensible, intelligent people.

To paraphrase, not every Reform voter is a racist, bigoted misogynist, but every racist, bigoted misogynist votes Reform. Or Tory. Who cares frankly, they're both regressive, appalling and out of power come the morrow.

GooGooMuckMuck · 04/07/2024 21:35

Lib dem tactically

NeverForgetYourDreams · 04/07/2024 21:37

Reform

Namechangedforthis25 · 04/07/2024 21:38

Lib dem

live in a well known Lib Dem constituency so I feel my vote could be part of something big macro politically

Dymaxion · 04/07/2024 21:39

I will actually feel a bit sorry for my Constituency MP if they are ousted, they haven't done a bad job, all in all, but their party has really messed up their chances.

Callmemel · 04/07/2024 21:39

All these Reform voters should split the Tory vote nicely.

Hoglet70 · 04/07/2024 21:40

I live in a very safe Tory constituency and I have zero idea who any of the local candidates are except for the Tory one. Not a single leaflet, nothing. I wouldn't recognise any of them if I fell over them in the street. Not one of them at the polling station. Great work guys!

Silviasilvertoes · 04/07/2024 21:41

Oh come on, come on, come on. 19 minutes!!!!!

Swollenandgrouchy · 04/07/2024 21:42

I can’t believe how many people on here have voted reform! But on the other had, they will be helping GTTO… every cloud I suppose.

greengreyblue · 04/07/2024 21:43

Have not seen one poster up saying my current Con,
male, Boris pal MP’s name. Seen lots for the new female Labour candidate. Really hope she wins .
