I can't wait for NATO along with the support of the red arm of the Uniparty help usher in WW3. I wonder how many Labour supporters will mind sending their sons off the fight for Ukraine? It's going to be entertaining as hell to watch, that's for sure! Until Trump reigns them in...

DoingTheChaCha · 04/07/2024 19:21

6 x Reform. A lot of people outside the polling station this morning saying they’d also voted for Reform. A lovely upbeat atmosphere.

Hopefully our long incumbent totally useless Tory MP will be gone.

Our Reform candidate is highly educated and has had a long career at the most senior level in both the private sector and public services. Not all fitting the negative propaganda of a thick idiot who won’t know what he’s doing!

Barney16 · 04/07/2024 19:21

Labour. Here, for the Tory not to get in the whole constituency would have to be locked in a bunker. So I was going to vote tactically, lib Dem. But I couldn't do it. I just couldn't.

Jellykat · 04/07/2024 19:21

Labour, voted with my heart as my new constituency is a pretty safe seat for Plaid

Twisted media coverage?

is that from www.convenienttheoriesfoeme.com?

yes plenty of it out there. Your website address isn’t spelt properly by the way if it even exists.

Labour.

It saddens me to see people voting Reform - a party that punches down on minorities - but each to their own I guess.

I agree. The amount of people voting Reform is depressing.

Topseyt123 · 04/07/2024 19:23

I voted Labour as a tactical vote. Trying to make a significant dent in the large majority of our local Conservative MP. I'd love to see her unseated, but that would take a very big swing indeed.

Hopefullymovinghouse · 04/07/2024 19:23

X2 Labour votes in our house tonight.

noblegiraffe · 04/07/2024 19:24

Interesting that the percentage on the poll who say they voted reform is far less than the proportion of people who have posted that they voted reform.

The idea of 'shy reform voters' needs to be replaced with 'extremely vocal reform voters'.

Do you not care WHY they might be voting Reform?

I hate the way people just punch down on people who vote differently to how they do without asking why. My experience is usually there are very good reasons.

There's a reason that people are voting for Reform.

The ironic thing is the attitude to the minority group of Reform voters by many on the left is EXACTLY the same as the attitude they claim (usually without evidence) that Reform voters have towards other minorities.

Spoiled, as has many other angry women. You should add that in as an option OP

It’s capped at 6 options unfortunately but room to share, as you have, in the comments.

Oh yes of course it's all the nasty media's fault, Reform and their candidates have not done anything at all to make people think badly of them.

And the other parties are all perfect! 🥱

Sunnyside4 · 04/07/2024 19:27

I've quoted, but i's how this equates to seats though is the question.

AhBiscuits · 04/07/2024 19:28

Our Reform candidate is definitely an idiot who doesn't know what she's doing.
Nice she's started to take an interest in it all...
Until recently she appeared to running some kind of wellness business on FB.

Yes, I don't think there are shy Reform voters like there are shy Tories.

Following the thread with interest but it's my first time not voting (I've emigrated - would likely still have voted and gone for Labour but had some logistical issues and am registered in a very safe Labour seat anyway).

EllyGi · 04/07/2024 19:29

Great idea! I took Dd this morning before school. I’d built it up as being v important (which obviously it is) but she was distinctly underwhelmed it was just putting an x in a box 😂

I took my kids too. Took them inside the booth, got one of them to put the paper in the box. (No writing though!)

3peassuit · 04/07/2024 19:33

Spoiled my vote. I don’t feel good about it but felt I had no choice.

Lib Dem tactical vote as Labour won't get elected into my rural seat.

Do you know how much mental fortitude and hard work goes into body building?
Why does being a body builder make her an idiot in your opinion?

Yes. I wonder if any of those shouting Reform are all racists voted in a Tory Prime Minister who called black people ‘pickaninnies with watermelon smiles’ and women wearing niqabs ‘letterboxes’.
