What to serve with gammon as a main meal

i have a large piece of gammon I want to use but don’t want it cold or with chips. Serving hot would need some sort of sauce. Any ideas please?

We often serve gammon as a typical Sunday roast dinner

Leek sauce
Glazed carrots
A green - peas, cabbage, broccoli etc.
Mash or boiled spuds

Colman's mustard on the side

It's one of my favourite meals.

With maple syrup, roast potatoes and broccoli 😋

Either:

Macaroni Cheese and salad

Potato skins and coleslaw

Cauliflower cheese and crispy potatoes

Creamed leeks, peas and duchess potatoes.

Personally, I'm veggie, but the carnivores in the house usually just have it as part of a roast dinner.

I have just added the ingredients to my online shop for the gammon, leek and cauli cheese and new potatoes!

I’ve just remembered, my mum used to do boiled gammon, and she’d put dumplings in with the ham towards the end of the cooking time, then serve it with boiled potatoes, peas and parsley sauce.

I like Cumberland sauce with ham.

We either have macaroni cheese with veg or a jacket potato, cauliflower cheese, corn on the cob, some other vegetables, pineapple rings and pineapple sauce.
