My kids like a meeza. I think it’s a nigella thing. Turn the meat into a base then sauce and cheese on top. Serve in triangles like pizza hence the name.

Pastichio..baked pasta and mince dish with Greek yogurt, eggs and feta. Its a crowd pleaser in our house.

Smash burgers - pile the mince loosely, season, scoop into a hot pan, press down as hard as you can with another pan with grease proof paper under it, flip and press down with the spatula. Leave to rest - repeat with other burgers.
