Homemade burgers are super easy. And like PPs, I love a keema curry.

Mince frittata is also nice, especially if you top it with tomato slices and loads of melted cheese.

Meatloaf with a really nice spicy tomato sauce is also good.

Hamburgers. Put mince in bowl, add onion chopped up small, herbs, and an egg. Stir well, then shape into patties and fry gently. Good with ketchup!

I used to bake it ages ago. I remember the one I did had ketchup and Worcester sauce and an egg, and breadcrumbs, and fried onions and garlic. That's lovely with mash. And you can cut slices to heat in the microwave the next day.
I think you can add sun-dried toms and parmesan as well as oregano to the mix.

Cook it in a bit of gravy, then put it in pastry, so it's a pie, mash or chips to go with it
