Defrosted mince for tonight - what can I make that is not the following:

spag bol
mince and dumplings
burritos
chilli
cottage pie
meatballs

Anyone have any inspiration? My brain is frazzled and I just cannot come up with anything!

I do stuffed savoy, sweetheart or spring greens. Boil the leaves for a few minutes to soften.

Add fried onion, dried rice, tom puree, salt & pepper to the mince.
Wrap up a spoonful of the mince mixture in the leaves, roll up, folding in the sides, so the mixture is completely enclosed. Pack tightly in a pot, put an upturned plate on top, cover with stock and Tom puree, simmer for 60 to 90 minutes.

I would do wraps with them, chuck in a bit of cream cheese, chopped tomatoes, peppers etc or loaded nachos
