I'm having chicken steak in breadcrumbs, homemade oven chips and salad.

Me and my youngest (4) made a pasta salad this afternoon ( in honesty he was utterly under my feet and couldn't have been surgically detached so I put him to work). It was asparagus, green beans, peppers, red onion & spinach with lots of fresh basil & thyme, olive oil and crumbled feta. I did some chicken & courgette kebabs to go with it. Went down well so will do it again!

Tonight dd is having chicken in creamy tomato and basil sauce from the freezer served with freshly made rosemary and garlic crispy potatoes and a carrot.

Dh and I are having mushroom risotto with green salad

Using up stuff from fridge / freezer.

Oh my tea was shite compared to all of yours Angry
We had chilli that I defrosted from freezer (second day in a row, bad planning) and some rice, broccoli and carrots (random but I needed some veg with it) also threw oatcakes at kids as they all whined about the chilli. Once the baby shuts up I will be eating maltesers and drinking wine to compensate for my crap meal

Stirfried courgettes with spicy tomato and chickpea sauce. It was the business.

A giant spicy Jamaican veggie pie. Inspired by the patties but formed into one giant pasty-like shape with store bought puff pastry because I can't make pastry to save my life.

Roast chicken drumsticks with roasted new pots drizzled with garlic oil, lemon and thyme and some veg
