I'm having chicken steak in breadcrumbs, homemade oven chips and salad.

Don't know. Feel sick and am really not sure what I fancy, but definitely not pie and chips which is what we were supposed to be having! Probably toast/soup.

I was going to make chicken cordon bleu for DS and Cajun chicken for me but I have a cold and have zero energy so might just order pizza.

Thai veggie green curry, steamed rice.
A huge mango to cut up afterwards, and DP has made a lime and coconut loaf cake....I'm trying to resist that, however (might struggle)

Roast chicken, mash, greens and gravy. Nothing exciting by quite comforting.

Seal - That sounds so good. If I didn't feel ill, that's exactly what I'd fancy!

Macaroni Cheese

Wednesday is always posh night - peppered duck breasts with vanilla mash and a pea and mushroom ragout 😮 Never eaten or cooked duck before!

Ooh Seal we have got mango for pudding too 😋

We had a tortilla/frittata thing. It was delicious.

I'm not sure about main but I've bought two tubs of Haagen daaz from lidl on the way home...

We are having duck too, Sainsbury's ready made crispy duck with pancakes, hoisin sauce, cucumber and spring onion. It's DDs favourite and as it's just her and me tonight I thought I'd be lazy treat her.

ive cooked roast pork, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots and Yorkshire puds, did cheat with the yorkies though as they were aunt bessies. it was delish and ive saved a bowl of roast potatoes for later.

I couldn't be bothered cooking so oven pizza and salad it is! Not very imaginative, but easy...

Pasta Bolognese

Quorn meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti. And maybe garlic bread...

Spicy Spanish meatballs (lamb and pork mince, garlic and chilli flakes) in red wine passata sauce with brown rice ... and wine 😆

Chicken and spring greens casserole with lovely buttery mash.

Roast chicken legs, mini roast potatoes, veg and gravy. All just a preamble to Dd's lemon birthday cake

We have had fajitas, DS has had chicken and pitta.

Pork steaks, new potatoes, veg and gravy. Pretty boring but dd likes it and I'm always happy if she eats as eating isn't something that interests her.

We're having homemade pizza, the dough is rising, got chorizo, mozzarella, courgettes and rocket for the topping. Yum yum yum!

I've just made the most disgusting chicken ever. There was a recipe in the Tesco magazine for spatchcock chicken so i bought the few ingredients I needed and tried it on a chicken breast before cooking a whole chicken.
Absolutely vile.
I spat it out and threw it away.
So I had potatoes and a corn on the cob for my tea.
Starving now!

Oh my gosh, some of you are having the most delicious teas. I'm so jealous.

Smoked trout with jersey royals and salad .
