Buffalo Mac&Cheese - make a sauce with onion, garlic, quark, low fat soft cheese and cheddar. Add cumin, paprika and 2-5 tbsp of Franks buffalo wing sauce (from Sainsburys) depending on taste. Mix in chopped cooked bacon and chicken then mix with macaroni. Spicy and tasty!

Bit of an adaptation of Jamie Oliver's Cypriot stuffed chicken from 30 minute meals:

Stuff chicken breasts with sun-dried toms, parsley, basil, lemon zest and feta (chop all ingredients up and then make a stuffing mixture)
Put chicken in the oven
Boil pasta (any variety) then drain
Toast some pine nuts
Chop cooked chicken into small strips/chunks
Chuck a load of pesto on pasta, add pine nuts and the chicken pieces and any stuffing that came out and mix it all together.

'Tis lovely!

Boil penne
Fry off some halved cherry tomatoes and some pre chopped panchetta
Chuck in some pretty cooked peeled prawns
Stir in pesto
Add torn mozzarella
Serve
