The pizza was really crap and soggy, I mean it was wet. I phoned to complain, they said it was because of the toppings I had ordered, we had a row for about half an hour, he said I am blacklisted, someone is coming to pick up the pizza and bring some of my money back (this is what the row was about), and I have had no dinner

It doesn't sound like they cooked it enough.

(And presumably if the fillings make the pizza crap, they shouldn't offer those particular fillings?)

I have to learn to make pizza the way I like it, other than the fact domestic ovens aren't hot enough. All the pizza base recipes I've seen make big puffy annoying crusts ...
