Ok, this is the full truth. We ordered the pizzas, it was BOGOF. Dp collected them, his was fine, mine was damp. Well, wet. I phoned up and the manager said it was because of the toppings, because sweetcorn, mushrooms, pineapple and cheese all have water in them. Erm, yes. When I said I couldn't eat it he said he would give us a credit for a free pizza. I said I was hungry NOW. He said did I want a replacement? By this time I realised if I got them to make me another pizza, they were going to empty their mooncups onto it. I said no but I would like my money back. He said ok, bring back the pizza and we'll give you your money. I said, no, please come and collect the pizza and bring me my money. He said, you ordered a collection pizza. I said, you have my money and I have no dinner. He said, phone Head Office. I said, fine, what's their number. He said, I can't find it.

I said, please either send me the money or find the number and phone me back. He phoned back and said I can't find it, I will send you the money. How much do you want? I said, all of it. He said, no, it was BOGOF. I said, I think for the distress and inconvenience you should send the full amount. He said, you are having a laugh. It sort of degenerated from there really

However I wear the badge of pride - Blacklisted from Perfect Pizza. I may get a t-shirt made.

Oh I understand. I cried about 2 months ago when we went out for dinner and I was STARVING and when my pizza came it was wet so I sent it back and said no, I didn't want a replacement, I wanted the bill thanks. and then I went home bloody hungry and stroppy and a bit pissed because dh and I had 2 bottles of wine while eating starters and waiting for crap pizza to come. This was Italian rest though, not perfectpizza but I feel your pain Franny, I do!

ha ha franny but actually, that's because there ISN'T one where I live, I'm not that smug! I used to be able to order from here when we lived in Bristol it was fantastic, really great. They wouldn't have sent you a wet pizza, no.
