Who do and don't you consider a good/great actor of the modern age?

I love Charlize Theron as I'm never sure if it's her in a role! Similarly Cate Blanchett - both seem to manage to morph into their characters without excessive make up and change their voice too. I enjoy many of Sandra Bullocks films but she always sounds the same in each role, ditto Ann Hathaway.

I think Johnny Depp is a good actor although he does use a lot of make up in many of his roles. The likes of Henry Cavill, Alan Ritchson, Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth all seem to play the same role with different costumes! Although very beautiful to look at with or without clothes

I just didn’t get The Banshees of Iniserin.
But as always Brendan Gleeson was superb.
So too was Kelly Condren. As was Colin.
I have great admiration for what Colin Farrell did getting publicity for the charity Debra Ireland, by running in the Dublin Marathon with Emma Fogarty who suffers from that awful debilitating disease epidermolysis bullosa, that causes blistering, fragile skin.
They raised over three quarters of a million euro for the charity 😮 👏🏻

Never really rated Amy Adams before I saw her in the underated Nightbitch. She was amazing.

How has Gary Oldman only come up once. He is beyond amazing in slow horses
