Master and Commander - The Far side of the World. So many other films are good but DS & I went to see this 2 nights' running . The story and the cinematography are so good. But this was years ago .

Recently One Life with Anthony Hopkins.

Others I have seen on the TV & may be better films but reading the question , those were ones in the cinema
