I don't think he fitted it very well.
He over acted in every scene.

Ooh disagree. Think Keira underrated two scenes of hers stick in my mind handing over her baby in the Duchess our first trip to cinema after having dd2 Dh and I both in tears. She was good in Atonement too.

Loved La La land enjoyed napoleon as didn’t know much about that era.

Agree about Marvel leaves me cold but friends love it

@SocksAndTheCity I was travelling overseas, had a stinking cold and a long layover to get through so treated myself to the cinema to waste some time in comfort. I’ve never felt so mad at a filmmaker in my life - what a terrible terrible thing to inflict on people 😂

I think Keira Knightley is a good actress, I just don't get the dislike for her on Mumsnet.

Four Weddings and a Funeral is a boring pile of garbage. I have tried multiple times to watch it and only get to two weddings on before I give up.

Yes I've seen plenty of films with him in. Prince of thieves is probably the only one i thought he was approaching any good in.

I just honestly don't get the adoration.

A lot of CGI is clever but it's gone too far and is so obviously fake it spoils films for me now.

Dances With Wolves is barely concealed racist white saviour garbage. He integrates into the tribe but hey ho there's a convenient white woman for his love interest because there's no way the audience watching it and feeling good about the white man helping the natives, would stomach him having an intimate relationship with one of them.
