Never Let Me Go with Kiera Knightly. Horribly bleak and utterly shit doesn't even begin to describe it!
Agree Mama Mia. Hate the stage show too. The bit with the flippers on the jetty. Cringe...
Titanic. Kate and Leo looked like Mother and Son. Couldn't really see past that.
Gangs of New York. I lost the will to live multiple times but was trapped in the cinema as was on an early date with now DH.

tinyradish · 25/02/2018 22:12

The Hateful Eight & Mamma Mia

Whitney168 · 26/02/2018 20:01

Lost In Translation, the dullest thing ever.

overnightangel · 26/02/2018 20:31

L.A. Confidential and A River Runs Through It are great.

Worst film ever seen at the cinema (as there’s loads of daytime movie type dross) is a coin toss between Noah and Vanilla Sky

overnightangel · 26/02/2018 20:33

Magnolia and Sideways are great too!
In Magnolia Tom Cruise looks like the decent actor like he used to be in a few good men, born on the 4th of July etc before he turned into a dead eyed Scientologist zombie

Asking4afr1end · 26/02/2018 20:53

I would go
Titanic (the characters are all terrible people and you end up rooting for the boat)
Mama Mia (were they on glue???)
The Lobster (it felt like I was watching the outtakes of another film)
Lost in Translation (just dull)
Star wars number 2- attack of the clones I think? At least ep 1 had kind of a good pod race. Ep 2 was so much worse.
That's my top 5.

tigercub50 · 26/02/2018 20:57

Another vote for Lost in Translation - it lost us completely!

LoislovesStewie · 26/02/2018 21:08

Happily for me I mixed seeing a lot of the films mentioned here! But I was forced to watch Salt. Totally boring , trying to be clever and failing. Bit like Mission Impossible, I mean really! What is all that about?

mollied · 01/03/2018 12:37

Frozen (not the Disney one) the one where people get stuck on a chair lift over night, its appalling!

ladybirdsarelovely33 · 02/03/2018 21:28

The Clearing- despite having Robert Redford and Helen Mirren in it. It is based on a True story so I guess they can't change it too much. I think they just shouldn't have made the film in the first place tbh.

ChristineC320 · 03/03/2018 13:42

'Men who stare at goats' it's as shit as it sounds.

justpoppngby · 03/03/2018 13:45

The Greasy Strangler.

It's...well.....
I can't even....

LidlAngel · 03/03/2018 14:08

Hostel. Not bothered by violence per se but this was ridiculous. I've been waiting to give Tarantino a piece of my mind for donkeys years.....

LetsGoFlyAKiteee · 03/03/2018 21:23

La la land.. Tried to watch it again. Realised nope I actually don't like it..

The new Annie... That was just dire.

Mulan 2...why is there a Mulan 2?!

theluckiest · 04/03/2018 00:26

No question...the Hills Have Eyes remake. I had a physical repulsion to it. We'd gone for Dhs birthday which is the only reason I didn't walk out. Should have ( and gone to the bar next door.)

DH reckons Kevin & Perry Go Large was the biggest sack of shit he's ever seen. He's a huge film buff so takes a lot to make him actively hate a movie that much.

RunRabbitRunRabbit · 04/03/2018 00:29

Aliens 3.

La La Land.

Face Off.

Ghost shows age

eloisesparkle · 04/03/2018 18:55

Intermission
I had no idea what was going on.
DH has never let me forget that I suggested it or that I said the critics loved it- they probably did.
In Bruges- again no idea what was going on.
Mamma Mia - I hate schmaltz.

Halvec · 17/08/2018 17:38

Agree about The Lobster- how can anyone like it?

luckycat007 · 19/08/2018 02:27

Sunshine
Where the wild things are
WallE
Up

ThomasShelbysBunnet · 19/08/2018 02:29

Phone booth with Colin Farrell. Utter shite.

AllAboutTheStuff · 19/08/2018 02:33

Last house on the left. The graphic tape scene and o can usually deal with that sort of stuff but threw it in the bin and will never watch it again.

Don’t like any of the hostels either

ThomasShelbysBunnet · 19/08/2018 02:33

Oh but I love Little Miss Sunshine and Moulin Rouge
