I have watched A Grand Day Out with Wallace and Gromit soooo many times!

What has your child had on repeat?

My Ds1 has never been much of a rewatcher, not enough to drive me bonkers anyway.

My youngest is a MAJOR re-watcher of films he likes.

Jurassic Park (all of them)
Jaws (all of them, who knew there were 4!?)
Charlie & Lola (oh how I pity Charlie)
Star Wars (all of them)
The Maze Runner

There so many more but my minds gone blank. He loves films and all the 'making of' extras you get on DVD and has said he's going to be a filmmaker when he grows up.

tirtytreeandatird · 07/03/2016 16:38

Surprised no one had memotioned home alone ..1,2,3 and 4 .. tho we all agree 4 isn't that good. My dd also watches spy kids (1,2 and 3 !) A lot ...

KurriKurri · 07/03/2016 17:13

With my DS it was Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, - unfortunately he had a speech impediment at the time which meant he pronounced Ch as Sh - so it was interestingly retitled.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 07/03/2016 17:20

Toy Story, Toy Story, Toy Story. I know most of the dialogue now.
Toddlers love repetition!

Sometimesithinkimbonkers · 07/03/2016 17:22

My DS is 6 and has severe ASD .... I must have watched all the toy stories st least 100 times!!!!

We are taking him to DLP this year buzz and woody better be there!

Luciferbox · 07/03/2016 17:23

DS(4) Wall-e, Monsters inc, the Gruffalo, Cars 1 & 2, Nightmare before Christmas, W&G curse of the ware rabbit and Arthur Christmas

Luciferbox · 07/03/2016 17:23

Oh and the Lego Movie

GrouchyKiwi · 07/03/2016 17:31

Up, Ella Enchanted, Tangled, The Jungle Book, Sofia the First.

And for TV programmes: Dora the fecking Explorer and Snore PAW Patrol.

APotterWithAHappyAtmosphere · 07/03/2016 17:41

Mary Poppins... I love MP as much as the next person but I have had way beyond my fill now - the songs are on a permanent loop in my head.

CoffeeCoffeeAndLotsOfIt · 07/03/2016 17:47

Tangled!

My 3.5 ds is obsessed with Rapunzel

ShutUpSirius · 07/03/2016 17:51

Tinker bell and the neverbeast..... Big hero 6..... In a loop... Both on nowtv movies. Guess whose daddy has cancelled the movies....

Need to get it from Amazon asap.

MamaLazarou · 07/03/2016 17:57

Hotel Transylvania. A pretty good choice, tbh.

turdfairynomore · 07/03/2016 18:12

18 years ago dd was obsessed with Oliver-the musical. I was pregnant at the time with her brother who we called ...Oliver! Had he been a girl he'd have been Nancy!!! Obsessed!! Totally!!!

Strokethefurrywall · 07/03/2016 18:21

Ds1 - Paw Patrol
DS2 - Toy Story 1,2,3, Halloween etc, Shrek1,2,3,4 etc - basically anything with woody, buzz or shrek. He'd sit for hours watching them, ds1 was obsessed so ds2 became obsessed too.

amroc18 · 07/03/2016 18:34

DS currently on Cars 2. All...the...time...

KaraokeQueenOfTheNorth · 07/03/2016 18:36

Shark Boy and Lava Girl. It's on Netflix. It's AWFUL. I have seen it more times that I can bear to count

lionsleepstonight · 07/03/2016 18:45

Alviiiiiiiiiiiiiiin and the Chipmunks, all three. On repeat.

My advice is never let them watch it, ever.

RaisinGirls · 07/03/2016 21:47

peppa pig over and over again. I keep trying to slip in a Disney film or an episode of tellytubbies but all that happens then is she starts chanting peppa, peppa, peppa. I feel like I have watched every episode one million times. Daddy pig is no longer s bumbling but lovable fool, he frustrates me, mummy pig seems condescending, miss rabbit is on zero hours contracts and trying to make a living in a recession and don't even get me started on the weird friendship between susie sheep and peppa - not healthy at all! God, I hope she grows out of peppa obsession soon, I think too much about it!

Ludways · 08/03/2016 00:38

Awe how could I forget Wall-E, when we went to Disneyland Paris, DS 14 insisted on a photo of him with Wall-E, he got quite emotional, LMAO!

BalloonSlayer · 08/03/2016 07:08

Has no one endured the torture that is Thomas and the Magic Railroad?

Must be the worst film ever made. Even the DCs thought it was bad but they still watched it over and over. And over.

And over.

DeltaSunrise · 08/03/2016 07:11

Thomas Tale Of the fucking wimps Brave

TinkerBell and The Pirate Fairy

Lego Movie Everything is NOT friggin Awesome

DeltaSunrise · 08/03/2016 07:12

I remember watching The Labyrinth back to back for weeks when I was about 6years old.

Must have driven my mum absolutely nuts.

SatsukiKusakabe · 08/03/2016 16:19

Far and above all others, My Neighbour Totoro (hence username)

Frozen
Tangled (which I love so am fine with)
Shaun the Sheep
The Iron Giant
Despicable Me 2

Mine are not huge re watchers though as yet, all about the new. Dd2 is a bit young, but will request the Frozen soundtrack and endless Bing.

Ds 5 has watched the Toy Stories but not hugely into them. Ditto Paddington. He's quite sensitive though. He doesn't like Woody and Buzz falling out in the first TS, Nicole Kidman's baddie in P or Gru being a big meanie in the first DM.

SatsukiKusakabe · 08/03/2016 16:21

I actually really like all the films I listed Blush

hopefulclam · 08/03/2016 16:45

Dd's were Grease when she was 5, all the Harry Potters when she was 8, and then Lilo and Stitch when she was 13 Hmm
