Watched The Wedding Ringer last night. Crappy acting, naff predictable plot, yet I really enjoyed it. I laughed enough to make it worth watching and I think my brain just needed a break.

A Few years back MIL dragged me to the cinema to see "Confessions of a Shopaholic" - I wanted to stick pins in my eyes. She loved it. Still talks about it now.

Oh yes the cutting edge. I saw that at the cinema around 1992!

21 Jump Street

HolidayHeidi · 15/08/2015 19:13

There was something truly shite on film 4 last night. Bridesmaids I think it was called. Kind of enjoyed it.

MollyMaDurga · 15/08/2015 19:15

The Interview, the North Korea scandal movie. It was fun (shamed face). I also enjoyed Knocked up, I must have the emotional maturity of a teenager. .

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:15

Badger- I feel the same about The Holiday. One of my guilty pleasures!

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:16

Has anyone seen Begin Again?

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:17

It may become one of my guiltiest pleasures but I love Mr Ruffallo and Adam Levine so there you go.

tribpot · 15/08/2015 19:22

MrsRuffallo, Netflix has it - and I can deduce what your interest in it is Grin (also wanted to add to my list 13 Going On 30, with said aforementioned Ruffalo). But Knightley. Is it worth a go?

Also - The Internship. Apart from the completely unnecessary 20 minute scene in a strip club - hilarious.

Lambbone · 15/08/2015 19:23

personalclown, 10 things I hate about you is genuinely good!

The Princess Diaries, and The Holiday are genuine shite.

Love 'em!

GrouchyKiwi · 15/08/2015 19:24

I really enjoyed Begin Again. Watched it for the divine Mr Ruffalo; enjoyed it for everything, really. Even with KK.

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:25

I am NOT a Knightley fan but she didn't annoy me too much. It's terrible- but I loved it.

GrouchyKiwi · 15/08/2015 19:27

Speaking of Mr R: Just Like Heaven with him and Reese Witherspoon.

mapmyface · 15/08/2015 19:28

Magic mike

MadAsgardian · 15/08/2015 19:28

I truly love the Sharknado films! Blush

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:29

Haven't seen that one. However, surely In The Cut counts as shit but loveable?

mrsruffallo · 15/08/2015 19:29

Magic Mike- Oh yes

spanky2 · 15/08/2015 19:31

Hot tub time machine. 'No-one wants to see your giant shit Lou'
'You don't want a full rager but at least a half chub. Let me help you!'
'Do I have to be the dude that says I think we've got a hot tub time machine?'
'Look at the dude rocking a cassette player, where's the beef, Jerry curl. What colour is Michael Jackson ?'
Woman replies 'Black'
'Ahhhh!!!!!'

gaggiagirl · 15/08/2015 19:54

Mokun I heartily second showgirls! Bloody love that film.

HolidayHeidi · 15/08/2015 20:17

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 15/08/2015 20:21

In my defence...no. I have no defence.

DioneTheDiabolist · 15/08/2015 20:28

ABT, I came on to suggest Zombeavers. Best joke ever.Grin

tribpot · 15/08/2015 20:34

Another vote for The Proposal - well, really the entire Bullock oeuvre. Forces of Nature with Affleck - complete bollocks but great anyway.

At some point we must speak of Coyote Ugly.

JanineMelnitzGlasses · 15/08/2015 20:43

Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory, Hot Rod (especially for the Europe soundtrack) are all marvellously crap. Also Planet Terror (Robert Rodriguez), stripper with a machine-gun leg anyone?
