I think your first thought would be every female human's first thought. That's a clue that this is a male crime.

I did some research and found out horse "sheath beans" are a thing. I felt about the same as when I found out tonsil stones were a thing.

I do remember being taught to clean a horses sheath at pony club camp. Well, to be correct, I think it involved being told what to do rather than having a demonstration. The nearest I ever got to it was a powerful jet of water from the hose after a muddy ride. This thread is horrific and revealing. We have a poster who knows people who sexually abuse a dog. We have a poster who have associated with people who sexually abused sheep.

Both these poster refer to the abuse as “having sex with” 🤮. Neither seem to have reported it to the police.

And at least one of those posters seems to be mainly concerned about a potential misgendering of the perpetrator of this horrific abuse than with the actual abuse itself.

And for some reason it has been suggested that even discussing this is transphobic.

Is sexual abuse of animals really not a big deal in some circles?? Is it something to casually chat about?? Whereas accurately guessing the biological sex of the perpetrator is the big crime?

And is the central linking point of all this that some people's boundaries are very seriously messed up?

I strongly suggest spending some time on the relationships board. Trying to reason away and excuse the inexcusable is something the women who regularly support others there are very familiar with. They are very good at helping people get healthy boundaries back in place.

This is all extraordinarily upsetting.

It is beyond belief that in our society it is considered ‘the law’ to report a human male’s crime as a woman’s.
