ive got to go to a friends party on sat and i really have no clothes (i no this is trivial compared to what some people are going through)

i went into town and there is nothing that fits me so i came home with a plain black v neck off the sholder top,
im really thinking about not going now as i feel embarressed and ashmed that everyone will look lovely and i will look like a fat ugly blob and i will proberlly end up getting very drunk and feeling sorry for myself

And have you tried the comfort shorts that Evans sell to stop the tops of your legs rubbing together? They're made from the same material as tights are made from, my sister swears by them.

you really shouldnt worry about what people think. this might sound daft but i lost weight recently and i found eating carrots or cucumber as snacks when i was hungry really helped. i could never eat raw carrots before but once i started i found they werent actually that bad and now if i ever get tempted i have a couple of carrots and a glass of water. its v difficult i know but then when you do treat yourself to whatever you fancy yo wont feel as bad about it

as for the carrots im going food shopping later so i will try to do a healthy shop
ive lost a lot of weight before about 5 stone so i no i can do it its just actually doing it iykwim!!!!

i was going to suggest drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry, it takes the edge off. Maybe doing it before meals would make you eat a smaller portion? I don't know how sensible it is tho!

If you're ever near Primark, I think their sizes go up to yours - and they are really cheap and VERY have some fabulous clothes.
