Just had to say how I am reading this tonight admriing how your doing. You really sound go getting and its wonderful and inspiring to read, as you said hold on to that good feeling.

Time at the seaside is soo lovely after the grey and raining , but if it rains just go get lots of norty foods and sit munching your way through !!!

Think the candy floss season starts this weekend, as went to broadstairs last weekend and they said they dont do it till easter weekend, was very disapointed I must say! Save some for me,but dont tell anyone, OOPPPS all MN knows my vice now !!!

Anyway never mind my rambling , have a great weekend.

Essbee, hardly seen anything on Mumsnet for the last 6 months so obviously missed stacks.

Sorry to infer that things have been tough still but hope you have a fab Easter away from it all.

You know where I am & I will be able to help with a couple of places to stay if you need a break during the summer.

Kxx

Hi essbee,

I've been keeping a track of this thread and just want to say your doing fab, and glad to hear your feeling a little better.

Miaou · 26/03/2005 12:40

essbee, I think it's only natural that you will feel up and down at the moment, without being able to pin down exactly why. I know it's not the same in any way but I am very up and down atm, and I find that imagining I'm on a swing, or riding a bike up and down hills, is a useful analogy - ie just to weather the down bits and I will feel "up" soon. And I'm sure it's been said lots of times before, but just taking each day at a time, and ticking it off at the end saying, Well, I got through that one, that's sometimes helpful for me.
